Offered for sale is a Ferrari 456 MGTA that is super nice inside and out. For its age this car is in very good condition yet not perfect, but with few minor blemishes and clean title history. We are a reputable Mercedes Benz dealership that believes and stands behind the represented mileage as being current and actual. The front tires are not new but they are in excellent condition. The rear tires are new Michelin Pilot with zero miles. It is very obvious that the previous owner took very good care of this fine automobile. Auction may be ended at any time via an online personal offer through eBay. (Deposit required).
All sales are subject to a $50 documentary fee and a Texas Vehicle Inventory Tax based at .002470 of the purchase price. Ex. $10,000 purchase = $24.70 VIT Taxes.
If you are a Texas resident, we must collect 6.25% sales tax and applicable title and registration fees at the time of purchase. Out of state buyers are responsible for and may pay all state, county, city taxes and fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. We can refer a shipping company if needed. However, we cannot be held liable for any problems or damages arising from or due to transportation handling.
If bidder is financing or leasing, please ensure that it is arranged before bidding. If assistance is needed, please contact us to arrange pre-approval through our large network of financing and leasing sources PRIOR TO BIDDING.
Winning bidder MUST contact us and provide his/her phone number within 24-hours of the auction closure to confirm purchase and make arrangements to complete their transaction.
A 10% deposit is due within 24 hours after the auction has ended. Full payment must be completed within 5 days after the end of the auction. We accept certified checks, cashiers checks, and wire transfers. All checks must be verified before delivery. Delivery within 7 days unless otherwise approved by Dealer.
Buyer is responsible for having vehicle inspected and to verify the options and condition to his/her satisfaction. Seller will make every effort in describing the vehicle accuratley at buyers request. We welcome a buyer’s inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.
