Cute little MG Midget with a metallic green exterior and black interior with green trim.  This car is rust free with only a few door dings.  Paint is fair and could use a good buffing out.  With a repaint the car would look like new.  The car comes with both a soft top which is in fair shape and a hard top that is in really good shape.  There is a matching boot cover with matiching green piping.  I also have a new roll bar that I never had installed.  It comes with the bolt kit to install it.  The wheels are in very good condition and the car has a chrome luggage rack on the trunk. The carburetor has been rebuilt and I have a new chrome valve cover, new windshield and visors that come with the car. It has a new battery, starter, coil, clutch, pressure plate and throw out bearing.  There is also an AM/FM cassette radio.  The tires are fair but could use relacements in the near future.  The car runs pretty well and cosmetically is really nice for a car of this vintage.  It is rare to find a rust free example with such a good interior.  The interior is very nice!  The brakes need to be bled and the front shocks could use rebuilding or replacing.  It has as all these old British cars do a few wiring issues, and the charging system seems to have an itermittent bug.  The only real issue the car has is that it will not pass the Calif. smog test.  It has slightly too much O2.  It does not smoke or show any symtoms of a bad engine.  So for someone out of California, this would be a great car, or a great race/track car for someone.  It is currently at the mechanics to get it to try and pass the smog test.  If it passes, price will go up accordingly.
