1970 Triumph GT6+
This auction is for an awesome restoration project. I bought this for my son and I to work on, but he just isn't interested in it. This is an OVERDRIVE CAR. The car runs and drives. Although I don't have tags for it so I can't get it out on the streets fast enough to test the overdrive. Motor runs great, starts right up!
The good stuff...
New or rebuilt ( in the past two years or less )belt, alternator, starteer, coil, electronic ignition, plugs, wires, distributor, carbs, seats, door panels, front suspension bushings, rear suspension bushings, roto-flex couplings, rear shocks, shifter. The interior is complete. The new seats were $800 alone to redo! Glass is all there. The rear defrost probably doesn't work - it never does!
The bad...
Ah, look at the pictures :-) The car needs body work. You could drive it as is with a little work on the electrics. Lights seem to work, signals don't. It is also missing the horns.
I have many spare parts that will go with the car. The muffler is not on the car now. I will give you an oem one with the car.
This is an awesome car. If my younger son was older, I would keep it for him. Overdrive cars are very hard to find. This one has already had a lot of work done to get it moving.
