We are reisting this car AGAIN as the 2nd "buyer" has not not come through.  Because this is the 3rd listing, I have to insist the deposit is paid within 24 hours of auction end and the balance is paid within 3 days of auction end.  THIS WILL NOT BE RELISTED, I WILL SCRAP THE ENTIRE CAR IF THE 3rd LISTING FALLS THROUGH!

This car is being sold for parts as we have not gone through the process of applying for an abandoned car title.

This car was abandoned at our house by a previous occupant...when we purchased the house 3 years ago it had been here for 2 years before that.  We were told we would have no issue obtaining a title but it would take time, the one thing we do not have enough of!!! 

We drove it daily on a dealer plate but we no longer have a partnership in the business so the car has been parked for a month (NOW 2 waiting for the previous "buyers").

Runs very strong, there is a minor transmission fluid leak from drivers side axle shaft seal.  The fluids have always been maintained so there is no tranny damage.  Power Steering whines and the AC DOES NOT WORK, there is an electrial issue with the AC that we never took the time to trace.

All tires are nearly NEW, less than 2000 miles on them.

The engine is not original although it is out of a twin vehicle...

Obviously, this is sold as is.  This car passed ATL Metro smog with flying colors in Oct 2007.  If you need a strong drive train and or STRAIGHT body parts, this is a perfect car.

Jul-02-08 A:  Well the facts are 1) the car was abandoned by a previous occupant of the house that we have owned for over 3 years 2) I was thinking about going through the process to get the abandoned vehicle title and found out that I have to send letters to the last registered owner and to the lot that held a lein... the last registered owner not a problem... the person's name at MY address... they obviously don't live here! The car lot is no longer in business so they can't respond. 3) I believe there is a newspaper ad to be run 4) you have to present all of the above to a judge to sign off on. **I was fine with all of this but have NO time to do any of it for a back up of the back up vehicle...so... that is the story of the title.
