1980 Mercedes Benz 240D

If you have been looking for a Nice little Diesel to help you save a little money at the pumps, this is your chance to be the New owner of this Great Looking, Great Running 1980 Mercedes 240D.

The Leather is Nice. It does a little wear. I did not see any Rips or Tears in the Seats. It has the Original Factory Becker Radio, it works Great. The dash does a couple of cracks in it, but it is NOT all tore up. I got a picture of it but it was kind of hard to see it.

The Body is Straight. There are a couple of small dings on the passenger side and a couple of scratches on the hood, I tried to get pictures of them but they didn't really show up in the pictures. The Chrome is in Great Shape. It took me longer to wash the car than it did to polish the Chrome. You will see how she shines like a Diamond in the sun. The Barum Brilliants Tires are like New. They still have 75% or more tred left on them. I have the reciepts from when the previous owner bought them the car runs, drives and goes down the road idleing along like these bad boys do. coming down the hills nothing can pass you ;-0 but going up it slows down 50-60 on the huge ones most of the skill is in getting them in there powerband so it dont shift back and forth on the hills. The previous owner must have loved this little Benz. With how clean it is and how the tires don't have much wear from the last few years. this benz has factory A/C it needs a charge or something but how kool i wish i had this opition on my personal one. This is a Great car and I know new owner will be happy with this car.

Vehicle Disclosures of Condition: couple of small dings on the passenger side. couple of scratches on the hood. few stains in the carpet. seats show a little wear in some spots. emergancy brake release knob is broke. the drivers door window don't roll down. couple of small rock chips in the windshield. couple of cracks in the dash. odometer don't work. the latch on the hood is broke it opens but needs the 10.00 latch and needs battery. everything is pictured.

I can store the vehicle for an unlimited amount of time the first month is free $55 a month on cars $65 on trucks and $85 on all large equipment & trucks. until a suitable method of transportation can be found. I know you'll want the vehicle soon so I have no worries about anyone being unreasonable about this! I have had bad experiences bidders who changed their mind after an auction ended or didn’t have the funds to begin with.

Please remember that I can't possibly write down every tiny detail about a vehicle and most of the cars I sell are 10-40 years old and/or are classics or exotics or investments and by definition are pre-owned and can behave unexpectedly. If you don't know anything about buying cars go buy a brand new Honda Civic or a Ford focus. Please don't waste my time or yours by not asking questions or not thinking about what you are getting into. Yes a 65 corvette that needs restored is super kool but you wont be pushing it to work everyday. I describe my vehicles better than most just use common sense is my point.
