All buyers residing within NYS will be charged applicable Sales Tax, DMV fees,
a $45 Documentation Fee, and an Inspection Fee.
In addition, all NEW cars incur a $12.50 Tire Disposal Fee.

Non-NYS Residents
All buyers residing outside of NYS will be charged a $45 Documentation Fee.
The buyer will be responsible for all Sales Taxes, DMV fees, and Inspection Fees.

NOTICES

• We understand that buying a vehicle you have not seen in person is not easy, so we make every effort to accurately and fairly describe our vehicles. However, as with ALL pre-owned vehicles, the condition is subjective. Any errors are unintentional and, at best, should be very minor. They may have small dings, small scratches, or minor imperfections. The interior may also be worn. You should expect a certain amount of wear that you would not expect from a new vehicle.
  
  
• These Pre-owned vehicles sometimes may not come with accessories such as extra keys, CD magazines, navigation discs, floormats, tools, or owners' manuals.
  
  
• These cars are driven daily, so the actual mileages may vary a little bit from that stated or photographed.
  
  
• Bidders with zero or negative feedback on eBay MUST contact us prior to placing a bid. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your bid. Please understand that this is intended to protect the integrity of the auction.
  
  
• Bidders MUST be sure to have their financing arranged PRIOR to bidding on our auctions.
  
  
• Be sure that your financial institution will accept the year and mileage of this vehicle, as most banks and credit unions DO NOT finance vehicles older than 1999 or with mileage over 100,000 miles.
  
  
• The buyer is responsible for picking up or shipping this vehicle.
  
  
• Please, only bid an amount that you are willing to pay. If the RESERVE price is not met, we may contact the high bidder to offer a SECOND CHANCE option.
  
  
• We reserve the right to end this auction at any time should this vehicle become unavailable for sale.

SALES PROCEDURE

• Please call us WITHIN 24 HOURS of auction close. At that time, you will make arrangements to:
  • Pay a $500 DEPOSIT within 24 hours.
  • Pay the FULL AMOUNT within 7 days.
  • Pick-up or ship the vehicle within 10 days.
  
  
  
• If NO CONTACT is made within 24 Hours of auction close, we reserve the right to re-list or sell it to the next high bidder.
