All vehicles are sold as-is, with no warranty, expressed or implied, from the seller; however, there may be manufacturer's factory warranty remaining. Please have all inspections done prior to bidding. Pre-sale inspections are not only welcome, but are recommended, and are available. Inspection companies are easily found on the web as well as within eBay.

Venue for any legal action such as claims, motions, litigation, settlements, or any legal action associated with this sale from either the buyer or seller is to take place in the State of Florida in Broward County. Placing your bid on this auction constitutes your agreement and acceptance of these terms and conditions. In addition, all non paying bidders will be held liable for a $500 re-listing fee.

Please note that all cars are subject to a $299.00 dealer transaction fee. This is to cover our expenses, such as (but not limited to) titling, temporary tags, courier services, requisite paperwork, and title assignment as well as NO CHARGE pickup service from Ft Lauderdale/Hollywood Int Airport to our facility.
